Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. This full-time role combines parts knowledge with advanced customer service, diagnostic awareness, and strong sales skills to support DIY customers in-store and by phone.

The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work various shifts including evenings and weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• English required; Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
