Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in a full-time retail environment in the United States.

The role requires strong customer service, parts lookup skills, and the ability to operate inventory and point-of-sale systems. ASE certification is preferred but not required, and the candidate should be able to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to locate and stock parts; operate inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and sales skills in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Assist in store inventory processes and maintain store appearance.
• Operate POS and Parts lookup systems; maintain safety and cleanliness.
