Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with advanced automotive parts knowledge and in-store services. The role emphasizes sales objectives, parts lookup, and maintaining store standards.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with POS systems. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts sales or related experience.
• Experience handling customer transactions and inquiries in a retail setting.
• Familiarity with automotive parts, accessories, and repair services.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
