Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive parts knowledge and exceptional service. The role supports advanced DIY services, uses store systems for parts lookup, sources from multiple channels, and assists with inventory and safety duties.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and be able to communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is essential.
• Experience with parts lookup systems and basic diagnostic tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
