Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert knowledge in store systems and automotive parts. The role focuses on assisting DIY customers, performing services, and meeting sales goals with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The position requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, excellent English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required to operate the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone queries.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services: battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties including safety and opening/closing tasks.
• Assist in inventory, floor cleanliness, and back stock management.
• Support DIY services and implement parts lookup processes.
