Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales, with expert store systems knowledge and extensive automotive parts expertise. The role is full-time and involves sales targets, service quality, and handling parts sourcing from various channels.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification preferred, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills in English. ASE ready and willingness to work varied shifts are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts sales or related field.
• Ability to perform advanced parts identification and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and parts sourcing.
• Proficient in using store and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
