Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge for customers in-store and on the phone. The role requires expert store systems understanding, parts expertise, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

It is a full-time position with opportunities to lead customer service initiatives. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, proven sales ability, and ASE certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
