Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and high-quality service. The role requires navigating store systems, sourcing from multiple channels, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
