Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY parts sales. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts and automotive diagnostics, plus ability to source from special orders and maintain inventory.

It is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering excellent customer service. Applicants should have 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong selling skills, valid driver’s license, and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass Parts Knowledge Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
