Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs
• English speaking; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties
• Assist in store inventory processes including counts and back stock
