Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, advanced store systems use, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels, including special orders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE P2 certification or ASE readiness, and the flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
