Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Manage DIY services including battery installations and wiper installations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities: open/close duties and task assignment
• Assist in store inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors and restrooms
• Provide DIY services including battery testing and diagnostics
• Operate inventory systems and store equipment
• Utilize POS and parts lookup systems
