Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts identification. You will leverage store systems and product knowledge to assist customers in person and over the phone, aiming to meet sales goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is preferred. Flexible schedule with duties including opening/closing and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Able to operate store inventory and diagnostic tools.
• Must read catalogs and manuals and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
