Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States to deliver expert parts knowledge and DIY service. You will drive sales, support advanced store systems, and guide customers through parts identification and installation services.

The role requires 3–5 years in auto parts sales, ASE certification preferred, and flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail sales and service.
• Ability to identify parts and source from multiple channels.
• Familiarity with store inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing.
