Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, provide expert store system knowledge, and deliver top-tier customer service. The role emphasizes parts identification, sourcing from multiple channels, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The incumbent will drive sales, perform DIY services, and uphold safety and quality standards while working with a team across typical store hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience with proven sales ability.
• Valid driver’s license is required; ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and on calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance; perform opening/closing duties.
