Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert support for the DIY customer. The role requires deep automotive knowledge, strong parts sourcing capability, and proficiency with in-store systems to drive sales and service excellence.

Responsibilities include leading DIY services, maintaining store standards, and assisting with inventory while delivering top-notch customer care during evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret parts diagrams and manuals.
• Spanish language skills a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
