Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our Virginia Beach team. This role provides specialized knowledge of store systems and auto parts, assisting customers in person and over the phone with advanced identification and service like battery testing and wiper installs.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of auto parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and be able to work a schedule including evenings and weekends. Strong inventory and POS system skills required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability in retail transactions
• Valid driver’s license required
• ASE certification preferred
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs)
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety)
• Assist in store inventory and stock processes
