Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team in the United States. This role provides expert parts knowledge, assists customers in-store and over the phone, and supports advanced DIY services with diagnostic and installation capabilities.

You will help maintain inventory, follow store safety and appearance standards, and work toward sales goals. ASE P2 certification or readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
