Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support the DIY customer experience with in-depth automotive parts knowledge and expert familiarity with store systems. The role focuses on identifying parts, troubleshooting, and sourcing from various channels to assist DIY customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock.
