Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently.
• Experience with parts lookup and sourcing.
• Use of POS and inventory systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experiences for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist in inventory processes and stock control.
