Advance Auto Parts seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and part identification. The role requires strong parts knowledge, customer interaction, and the ability to operate store systems. You will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintain store standards.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and may hold ASE certification. A valid driver's license is required to operate and source parts. Position is full-time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and familiarity with DIY automotive services.
• ASE certification preferred but not required; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties).
