Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to assist DIY customers with expert part knowledge and advanced store systems proficiency. The role emphasizes parts identification, inventory handling, and high-quality customer service in a full-time capacity.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification is a plus. The position involves operating POS and parts lookup tools, with opportunities to advise on advanced parts sourcing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience with sales background.
• Able to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety rules.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and visits.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety.
