Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert parts knowledge and exceptional customer service for DIY customers in a full-time role at our store.

The position requires strong familiarity with automotive systems, parts lookup, and in-store diagnostics to support sales and service activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE P2 readiness, and the ability to operate store systems and POS with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must have valid driver's license ( ASE certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
