Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. This full-time role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY services, with the ability to assist customers in person and over the phone.

You'll help stock and locate parts, perform services like battery installations, and uphold high store standards. Prior automotive parts sales experience is preferred, and ASE certification is welcome but not required.

Formación

• Working knowledge of automotive systems including engines, suspensions, brakes, electronics, exhaust.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus; communicates effectively with customers and peers.
• Able to read safety rules and parts catalogs; write simple correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
