Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers in-store and over the phone. You will leverage deep parts knowledge and store systems to identify parts, fulfill orders, and assist with service tasks such as battery installs and wiper replacements.

The role emphasizes strong customer interaction, accuracy in parts lookup, and teamwork with store leadership. Prior automotive parts experience and ASE readiness are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and sales ability.
• AES certification or be ASE ready preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English speaking; Spanish a plus; strong customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installs and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: open/close, safety, task assignment.
