Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions in-store. You will assist customers, perform parts identification, and provide services like battery testing and wiper installations. The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts sales and ASE certification is preferred.

You must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to operate store systems. The position is full-time and involves working various days, evenings, and weekends with opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Able to read parts catalogs and operate store inventory systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and visits.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including open/close tasks.
