Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with advanced parts knowledge and store system expertise. You will help drive sales, answer questions, and perform services such as battery installation and wiper replacement.

We value 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required. The role requires flexible days, including some evenings and weekends, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to fulfill customer transactions and sales goals.
• Understand and use parts catalogs and diagnostic tools.
• Read and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
