Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert DIY customer support, advanced parts knowledge, and precise service both in-store and over the phone. The role emphasizes advanced problem-solving, inventory management, and high standards for customer care.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in automotive parts with proven sales ability, ASE certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license. This full-time position requires flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience with sales
• Proven ability to fulfill customer transactions and assist DIY customers
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and parts lookup systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals
• Manage DIY services (battery installs, testing, wiper installs)
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards
• Assume key holder responsibilities (opening/closing, safety, task assignment)
