Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries
• Meet personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing and safety checks
