Qualifications

• GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and phone interactions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and store systems.
• Ability to source from multiple channels (special orders, second sources).
• Proficient use of inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience to DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales and service goals.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
