Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. You will apply expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts to assist customers in person and by phone.

This full-time role requires 3-5 years of parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and the ability to stock, locate parts, and operate POS. You will handle inventory, safety, and opening/closing duties while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Aim to meet personal and store sales and service goals.
• Handle DIY services like battery tests and wiper installs.
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean, including floors and bathrooms.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; stock parts.
