Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and provide expert parts knowledge. The role requires strong customer service, extensive automotive systems knowledge, and proficiency with store systems and parts lookup tools.

A valid driver’s license and a track record in parts sales are preferred. The position is full-time and involves working a range of shifts to meet store needs, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with store systems and parts lookup tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties including task assignment, safety, and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Assist in inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
