Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. The role focuses on advanced knowledge of automotive parts and store systems, delivering GAS2 selling experiences to DIY customers and performing DIY services such as battery installation and testing, and wiper installs.

As a full-time team member, you will support inventory processes, uphold store appearance, and handle key holder responsibilities, including safety, opening and closing duties, and supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions
• Valid driver's license
• ASE certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Perform DIY services including battery installations and wiper installs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Assist in inventory processes and cycle counts
• Handle opening/closing duties as key holder
