Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro for full-time work in the United States. The role requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales skills, and knowledge of parts and diagnostic tools. You will perform DIY services, manage inventory, and uphold top customer service standards.

The position emphasizes parts knowledge, safety, and the use of store systems, with weekend availability and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past customer transactions.
• Valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions and parts catalogs.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Mansioni

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes and general cleanliness.
• Support inventory systems and parts lookup tools.
