Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and high‑level customer service in a fast‑paced DIY automotive environment. You will use store systems, diagnose needs, source parts from multiple channels, and assist customers in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety, task assignment).
• Assist in store inventory processes and back stock management.
