Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties (task assignment, safety, open/close).
• Assist in store inventory processes.
