Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years in auto parts, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification preferred. This full-time position requires flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers (in-store and phone).
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services: battery installation, testing, wiper installations.
• Maintain high customer service standards and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: task assignment, safety, opening/closing.
• Assist in inventory processes: stock, back stock, cycle counts.
