Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and provide expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. The role includes battery and wiper services, parts sourcing, and delivering top customer service.

Must have a strong understanding of inventory and store maintenance, with 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and ASE certification preferred. Full-time, on-site role with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience providing DIY services and selling automotive parts.
• Comfort with reading parts catalogs and using store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in inventory and store upkeep, including back stock and floor stock.
