Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY projects. The role requires expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive diagnostics, with duties including battery and wiper services, inventory management, and customer assistance.

3-5 years of automotive parts experience and ASE certification preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work a varied schedule including weekends. Excellent communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Strong selling and customer service skills are required.
• Able to locate and stock parts and operate inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder responsibilities (opening/closing tasks, safety).
• Assist in store inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock, etc.).
