Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and provide expert parts knowledge. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, perform battery/wiper services, and manage part sourcing from multiple channels while maintaining store standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong product knowledge, and familiarity with store inventory and POS systems. ASE certification is preferred. This is a full-time position in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability in customer transactions
• Must have a valid driver’s license; ASE certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties: open/close, safety, task assignment
