Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, perform services like battery and wiper installations, and help maintain inventory and store standards.

The role requires strong automotive knowledge, solid communication, and the ability to work a schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals and follow procedures.
• Experience reading parts catalogs and using store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
