Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in-store and via phone. The role emphasizes expert store systems usage, parts identification, and high-level customer service for DIY customers.

You will handle battery installations, testing services, and warranty-related tasks while maintaining store appearance and safety standards. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
