Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is recruiting a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts sales. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup, and store operations.

You will handle customer visits and calls with a focus on helping DIY customers find and install parts, while maintaining store appearance and inventory accuracy. 3–5 years in automotive parts, valid driver's license, and strong sales skills are essential; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and parts lookup systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, opening/closing duties.
• Assist inventory: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
