Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers in-person and by phone, applying advanced parts knowledge and sales skills. You will help with battery installations, testing, and other DIY services while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires experience in automotive parts, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.
• Able to read and interpret parts catalogs and pricing information.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Assist with store inventory and maintain appearance standards.
