Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to operate inventory and store equipment.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Perform DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Keep store clean and well-stocked; ensure parking and aisles are orderly.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
