Job summary

The Exchange's Express division seeks a Customer Experience Associate to help customers locate items, stay current on trends, and keep merchandise, signs and labels organized on the sales floor.

You will greet customers, listen to needs, suggest appropriate products, and complete transactions accurately while delivering an extraordinary shopping experience. We offer flexible scheduling and a benefits package including health, retirement and employee programs.

Job description

As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor.

Job Qualifications

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
