Job summary

YJ Janitorial, along with YJ Sewer & Drain and Elevation Exterminating, seeks a Division Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for all divisions. You will oversee divisional management, budgets, and growth, while strengthening customer and vendor relationships and ensuring safety, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, results‑oriented leader with experience managing multiple service‑based businesses or operating divisions, capable of building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
• At least seven years of progressive leadership experience in a service‑based business.
• Experience overseeing multiple departments, branches, or operating divisions strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated responsibility for budgets, profit‑and‑loss performance, and business growth.
• Experience in janitorial, facilities services, plumbing, sewer and drain, pest control, property services, or a related industry is beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead managers and geographically dispersed field teams.
• Strong understanding of labor management, scheduling, job costing, contract services, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, chemical handling, fleet management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with business software, financial reports, customer‑management systems, and operational dashboards.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to customer and operating locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across all three divisions and set performance expectations.
• Coach divisional managers and ensure accountability for operational and financial results.
• Establish staffing, equipment, and resources to meet commitments.
• Develop standardized operating procedures and promote cross‑division collaboration.
• Manage divisional revenue, budgets, and growth targets.
• Review financials, labor costs, pricing, and margins; take corrective action as needed.
• Support proposals, contract negotiations, renewals, and major customer presentations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting for executive leadership.
