Job summary

Meritage Homes is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager in Houston to coach frontline sales teams, drive a high-activity sales culture, and lead initiatives with Marketing, Operations, and Design. The role centers on coaching, training, and evaluating staff to meet division-wide sales goals.

The candidate will analyze sales programs, streamline processes, and support DSAs while fostering strong relationships with real estate agents to promote Meritage homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Business.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry.
• 3+ years in a Lead Sales or Sales Management role with coaching focus.
• Proven Realtor relationships and market knowledge.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and process.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train sales staff daily to improve funnel metrics.
• Set, deliver, and attain sales goals for the team.
• Recruit, interview, and orient new sales talent.
• Manage realtor engagement activities and DSAs.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to maximize lead conversion.
