Job summary

Meritage Homes Corporation is seeking a Divisional Sales Manager to coach and develop the frontline sales team, drive the sales agenda, and align activities with division goals. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Land to streamline processes and boost agent engagement.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and the execution of annual sales plans, with a focus on achieving measurable results and sharing best practices across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in Lead Sales or Sales Management with coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train frontline sales staff to achieve goals.
• Set, deliver, and attain sales goals for the team.
• Manage realtor engagement activities and open houses to drive Meritage opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to track funnel metrics and improve conversion.
• Review sales numbers and programs to optimize incentives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Design Center, Land and other units across the division.
