Job summary

Meritage Homes Corporation seeks a Divisional Sales Manager in Sacramento, California to support and lead the sales function. You'll be responsible for coaching and training sales staff, driving sales goals, and establishing a sales culture within the division.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the homebuilding industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Lead Sales or Sales Management role with emphasis on coaching.
• Real Estate License is highly preferred.

• Provide direct support to the Sales function and act as a sales coach.
• Set, deliver, and attain sales goals with senior leadership.
• Recruit and orient sales talent capable of delivering established sales goals.
